On June 7, 2013, Leonora will perform a piano recital inside the Boston Public Library for an initiative of the italian Consulate of Boston to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the twinning between Boston and Padua (IT). The Mayors of the two cities and some of the most prestigious “made in Italy” brands will attend the event.

The “Associazione Nazionale Critici Musicali” (National Music Critics Association) board, composed by the members of the Directive Council, more precisely: Angelo Foletto (president), Andrea Estero (vice president), Dino Foresio (secretary), Alessandro Cammarano, Paolo Petazzi, Gian Paolo Minardi (counselors) and by seven colleagues chosen via referendum by the registered, such as: Danilo Boaretto, Enrico Girardi, Giancarlo Landini,  Marilisa Lazzari, Patrizia Luppi, Gregorio Moppi and Alessandro Mormile, evaluated the preferences send by the members, and after an accurate discussion decided to appoint the “XXXII Premio Abbiati” dedicated to "Piero Farulli" at the Laura Marzadori, Ludovico Armellini e Leonora Armellini Trio (Violin, Cello and Piano). 

Another moment that won the audience of Ariston’s theatre was the performance of the twenty years old classical pianist Leonora Armellini, that proposed the Chopin’s Etude Op. 10 n. 3, convovated at the last moment to sobstitute Daniel Barenboim. The young girl from padova, not only was enable to get a roun of applause, but she showed perfectly confortable coking around with the anchors. A true surprize.
